Hello and welcome to my new website! Let me first introduce myself, if you’re new to me my name is Hannah Firbank. I started as a personal trainer before I became an online PT. I work mainly as a personal trainer in Huddersfield down at The Unit Fitness in Honley and Saddleworth. I’ve worked with hundreds of my AMAZING clients helping them achieve their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves. Mentally and Physically.
Why I Became a Personal Trainer
You may or may not know My Story, fitness was my saviour. With life throwing punches left, right, and centre, I got knocked down. Training in the gym helped me get back up and transform into the person I am today. I didn’t do this alone though, I sought professional training from a personal trainer so that I could learn how to do it properly. Having a personal trainer to teach me how to better my fitness and in turn, my mental state. Made me feel like a new person. I wanted to help people feel this way. The way that my personal trainer helped me transform all aspects of my life, through fitness.
Why I Became an Online PT
As a personal fitness trainer, you are limited to the hours in a day. I’ve worked with hundreds of people to help them achieve their goals, but I want to work with hundreds more. Therefore I’m trying to reach as many people as I can with my positive energy and teachings. With the help of my Website Designer Nye Jones, I’ve been able to transform from a personal trainer into an online PT. In effect, my reach to touch more lives through online fitness coaching has expanded drastically. Because of this I am able to work with you, no matter where you are on this planet.
My Online Fitness Coaching Packages
Whatever your goals may be, we customise your Online Coaching Package to suit your goals. No one walking this earth alive is the same. Meaning that my packages are tailored to you and your body. Allowing us to create the most effective fitness plan for you. I offer two different PT packages to cater to two different lifestyles. 1-to-1 session, where I’ll teach you how to lift properly and safely, our main focus will usually be resistance training and form. Where as Online PT is perfect for busy people who need someone to help them stay accountable for their health, fitness and wellbeing. Meanwhile still receiving clear and detailed guidance on the best action to take for your goals.
