Individual-centred coaching, putting your confidential values at the forefront of any health changes you make together. 1-2-1 Coaching allows a constant unfiltered interaction which in my opinion, cannot be beaten.

Online Coaching
Online coaching is great for people with erratic or varied work schedules and a great way to put those off-work hours to good use. Meanwhile still keeping accountable, learning new methods, and seeing a change in yourself.

Nutrition Coaching
We have options. Everyone’s different so we have different options to suit you. This will depend on your current relationship with food, your eating habits, and any past or present eating disorders.

I started having PT sessions myself as a focus for me. The journey I went on to become a female personal trainer changed my life. It gave me so much more strength mentally and physically.

How I Can Work With You...
Individual-centred coaching, putting your confidential values at the forefront of any health changes you make together. This could include physical changes, strength goals, improving body image, nutrition knowledge and help to break unhelpful eating habits for life.
Training – We work on sessions to benefit you. Our main focus will usually be resistance training. I’ll teach you how to lift safely. How to breathe and how to progressively overload your training.
Lifestyle – We’ll take note of your sleep, stress levels, social diaries, work, etc… to make sure what we do fits around you. We will make changes to your current lifestyle that are sustainable and enjoyable.
Menopause – There’s no magic formula for preventing — or reversing — menopause weight gain. But there are things we can do to adapt training and nutrition to help you through this time.
PCOS – With Polycystic Ovaries some of us struggle with weight gain, in that case movement and exercise are great. We tailor plans to suit you.
PTSD – Exercise and nutrition are so beneficial to help with any form of stress. PTSD can be tough to manage, training in a way that suits you can benefit you hugely.
Fat Loss – The proper training and nutrition are how we lose body fat. It’s also how we build muscle to ensure we’re strong as well as lean.
